We discussed this topic a few days ago and didn't think that the work we would have to develop this feature is too big for less people who will use it.
Maybe we will add this in the feature but not in the next time. -

Klar ist das möglich. Du musst dazu über den "Herunterladen"-Button deine derzeitige Welt herunterladen. Dann gehst du auf Versionen und installierst die 1.12.1, um anschließend die heruntergeladene Welt wieder auf den Server zu laden.

If you start your server there will be the plugin folders with the .txt-files. You can edit and save them. Downloading is not possible yet. But you are able to copy and paste them into your own .txt-file.
