Please add Group Manager, It is the only permission plugin that is easy to use and I know how to use it. Permissions Ex is the only other Good permissions plugin except that requires you to go into console and look at everything there and I don't like that. Please add this simple plugin 
EDIT: Sorry, I just realized there is a plugin for Group Manager. The description of the plugin says it is an add-on to it though, so I got confused.
