when someone join with lets say 1.8.9 its all black i tried to join with 1.12.2 i can join but everything i black and i cant move

When someone join the server with lower version like 1.8.9 everything is black and he cant move as you can see on the picture i sent

I cant start the viabackwards plugin there is no folder for it pls help me

you can see in the photo and when i write /plugins in the server it show these plugins in red

I installed the join-leave plugin to my server but when i open the code it dont show the code its just white there is no place to write and others i open the plugin folder and it dont work.Every plugin that i have on my server right now code is not showing like i open to see config.yml and nothig is there its just white the background and i cant see the code but it say its there.

Someone help pls
