If the suggestion page says we won't add it then we won't add it
And I'm asking why that is? All the suggestion page says is "not popular enough" when by definition it should be popular enough. Just saying "we won't add it" doesn't help when I'm wondering the reasons why. If it isn't popular enough, then why isn't it? What are the requirements? You aren't specific.
Sidenote: Although Curseforge says it was created October 9th, 2021, it wasn't publicly posted on Curseforge for people to download until Feburary 14th, 2023 (this year) and has already gained almost 2k total downloads
Hi there, I understand that mods that aren't popular enough shouldn't be added, but I'm just wondering what exactly are the requirements? I've been hoping for the mod Gigeresque,https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/gigeresque, to get added, but the mod suggest still continues to say "not popular enough" even though it has 1k total downloads, close to 2k, and gets updated almost daily, so why wouldn't it meet the requirements? It's just a bit sad, but is there a chance for the mod suggest to add it if it continues to gain traction, or is it always going to be permanetly denied under "not popular enough"?
