The checkboxes to install a plugin I am trying to use are grayed out and not green. I am able to add the plugin to the server, but even when installing and launching the server the log has a message saying the plugin cannot be enabled.
Does anyone know the issue with this?

Hey!
I have been trying to use the Project Korra plugin for 1.12.2 [using spigot], however, the checkboxes to install the plugin are grayed out and not green. Even when installing them and launching the server the log has a message saying the plugin cannot be enabled. I have tried other updates and no luck.
I was wondering if anyone knows any solutions or may possibly know what the issue is.
