World isnt that big, and neither is my connection, otherwise would have posted it

Im playing with friends online, my friends get good connectin, however Im the one who gets horrible lag, it isnt my internet cuz I try login in on different servers and it dooes work fine, but it only happens when I log in Aternos. Any suggestions?

Directly after logging into the server, sometimes playing on the server.

"internal exception: java.io.ioexception: an existing connection was forcibly closed by remote".

I mean, of course it was off by that time. The thing is that it only happens when Im playing alone cos when I play with friends and stuff it goes well.
And it says: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException on minecraft when I access the server

Basically, I need to use world edit, as I try to enter the server it always kicks me out, when Im playing alone. Any suggestion would come handy.
