is there a way i can add a mod onto my aternos server even if the mod isnt on aternos? theres a few mods i want to add to my server but they arent on aternos

So I made a mod and i want to put it on aternos so i can put it in my server. The mod is a fabric mod on Curseforge and i have two questions, how do i get the mod on aternos, do i have to recommend the mod (in the mod section that says "suggest" )? and how long will it take for the mod to get on aternos?
