Just because we allow up to 2.14 billion users on java and 1000 on bedrock doesn't really mean it can handle that, or even 30. Countless of factors play in on this, and we cannot say this with certainty.
As per you using clearlag, don't. On Aternos servers this has no benefit and may even negatively impact your server. Clearlag is only appropriate on larger servers where there's actually a benefit to using it.

You should pay attention solely to the TPS, if it's at 20, it's completely fine

With a google search I was able to get a good tps on my server, but there is one thing called max ms which is always red! What exactly is it and why is it always red and how can I fix it?

if i am setting it to 100 and my server is for example have only 20 players, then it can hurt the server performance?
Of course. If it wasn't, we'd have limited that. The only limit we have is at 2.14 billion, which is only the limit because of technical limitations.

If i have 30 users on my server, there will be alot of lags on my server? my server dont have alot of plugins, and I am using "chunky" plugin and "clear lags" plugins to reduce the lags.
tomorrow I will open the server, and for now its seems like the tps is between 19-20 when i am the only user on the server, so, when I will open my server to 30 players, there will be lags? aternos have the option to let 30 players play in the game, if so, the server should work fine?
