A skyblock plugin called Koji's Skyblock requires another plugin called Koji's Developer kit but unfortunately it isn't popular enough. Therefore, Koji's Skyblock doesn't work 
Note: I am fully aware the suggestion feature exists but if you are capable of reading, you will notice that it isn't popular enough
