is there a way to fix it or is the server gone for good

My friends and i have been in it multiple times i dont understand why now it would be corrupt
IM not sure if this would help but the server is modded. The mod pack itself updated during the time the server went down but i still i cant it to go up even though i gave it all night to see if its just a buy -
When I try to load the server it gets to starting then just goes right to stopping this was after i went into a different dimension. After i tried rebooting the server many times i used the backup save and it didn't work. is there a way to fix this??
