My server will not let me log on. It just gets stuck on the Logging In screen.

New issue, i can not advertise my server on minecraft-server-list.com
It says my server is not online when it is.
?? Any solutions?

You can change the idle time to 30 min or something like that.

Okay here is my problem, when ANYBODY longs on to my server, their skin is refusing to load and it goes to either a Alex or Steve skin. Please help me! It bugs me every time!
Also, how do I do the /spawn or /setspawn command? Is it a plugin?
