my server tps keeps transitioning from 16.3 and 20 (usually 20), and apologies, but how do i find my ping? i've been looking around for it on my dashboard and i don't see it anywhere.

You just about gave me a heart attack before i realized you were looking at our list of installable plugins, not installed plugins. Your installed plugins are at https://aternos.org/files/plugins.

also, by logs, do you mean my game logs or something else?
whenever i join my aternos server and try to walk anywhere, i am soon teleported back to my first position. the only other person who plays on the server doesn't have access to his computer right now so i'm not sure how to test whether it's an issue on my end or not. i think it's server lag, but how do i fix this?
information that might be helpful:
-i'm playing on 1.19.4
-i'm using papermc
-i checked, i have 528 pages of plugins with 12 on each page, so 12 x 528 is 6336. this also includes plugins that are automatically installed when you install a plugin, so is 6336 plugins way too much or an okay amount?
-i have a lot of cats and a zombie piglin inside of my house
-i have a plugin that allows me to warp places, every time i try i'm almost immediately teleported back to where i was
-this has been happening for about 3 days
