it doesn't open and don't go in Starting Mode

The Aternos Servers have a Npc/Villager graphics Bug, for all Plugins there are a Bugs. For Citizens (last and old versions) don't show the Npc after the die, and for BedWarsReloled (last and old versions), during the matches desappear the villager.

but with ChestCommandGui ib the console it gives the errors, such us this:

I changed with syntax correct but It don't change the directory
