Description: It's the spigot premium version of a bukkit plugin already enabled on your server (Skills , https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/skills ).
I know it's a paid plugin (of course I bought it), but... well, at least I'm asking for getting it. Hope I'm not wasting anybody's time.
