I have tried this, but I still get the same result, a plain world being downloaded instead of my world, when server is on or off.

I wanted to download my world, so I could use MCEdit, as I'm doing a project with a friend. I've built so much on my server, and when I download it, I receive a plain world, with 0 progress, everything on the server, seems not to have been downloaded, and it gave me a brand new plain world. Is this a problem, because we have dedicated so much time on this project and cant afford to loose it. Please help if you have experienced this, and fixed the problem, or if you know what to do
