They are able to join now. In the past it happened again and then randomly they were able to join again. Same thing happened this time, as they can now join the server. The log has reset after they were able to join so there isn't information on that, but I have a screenshot of what was showing up before. In the future if this happens again, what should we do in order to stop it? We don't want to have to wait multiple days until they can join again.

It's not, it was created this year on February 18th. I don't think there's anything wrong when I look at the options.

How do I fix that? Also I don't think it's their internet connection because when I logged into the account from my computer, which is far away from them I couldn't join either. It was like some issue with the account.

They get various messages like:

Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
Timed out
Took too long to log in

My friend can't join this specific server of mine, but can join others including ones I own. They can also join other public servers that aren't aternos. I've logged into their account from my computer and tried joining, but it doesn't work. Other friends of minecan join this server.

We have tried restarting the server multiple times, using the Dyn IP, changing the DNS server, and turning off the firewall. They have been able to join in the past, but suddenly they cannot.
