WorldGuard isn't available on spigotmc.org.
Once the new version is available on CurseForge, it'll be updated automatically on Aternos.

So, i have noticed that the plugin WorldGuard has already released a version for 1.20.X but yet not available into the aternos site, just for extra info, the server i am hosting is set to Paper/Bukkit. All i am requesting is the addition of the plugin WorldGuard for 1.20.1, technically being the version 0.8.0
(Version number got from Spigotmc.org)
