can we download every single file on our server including every world and plugin file or is here a way we can request a backup of every file on our server

if they put mods in the plugins and files section and the mod generates a folder with a config in then you may be able to config

This will not happen due to security reasons And uploading files... it's better to request for a + blank file that way u don't upload plugins/files with viruses instead.. you just add a blank yml or txt file

why dont they just add a virus scanner for when we upload plugins and add a something that checks if the plugin is like enjin buycraft and similar plugins and not allow other plugins that go against their policy aternos can blacklist the plugins that go against their policy and they can also add virus scanner to their ftp and shouldent aternos already have virus and hacking protection on their server

why dont you just give us the option to upload plugins so we dont have to wait for aternos to add them

At this current state we can't grant our users FTP access to their servers.
and why cant you give us access to ftp it would be really useful we can backup all
of our worlds if we have a multiworld server and we could also backup the files for the pluginsand could you also add an option to upload plugins
these are the only two more things i expect to be on aternos especially since you are the only free minecraft server hosts and all the other server hosts offer this but they are paid
