If the server is running behind, that means that it IS in fact user error, as that means the server is overloaded due to actions performed on it.

I mean, they already allocate more RAM for modded servers (correct me if I'm wrong Roman), and asking for them to fix something that is often user error is quite rude

Config files for pluginsare generated on server startup. After installing the plugin, start your server up and the config will generate

Try typing /fml confirm while the server is loading in

Factions doesn't have a config file. It's just the way the plugin was made
