How did you solve your problem?

I know I may not be the only one experiencing this problem but it is quite frustrating. I uninstalled Winrar and reinstalled it multiple times and sent the files for a .zip file. When I upload it is gives me this message: "No world was found in your zip archive!"
Can someone help me with this?
