The title is self explanatory but, I just wanted a little input on the algorithm behind the setup timer to make the server, and how accurate it is.
I once saw this service, you had to wait 1hour to get this free server for 5 days trial, turns out i ended up waiting 3hours and there was a connection time out, and nothing happened.
I just wanted to know if the "27m30s" (for example) timer is sincere or just a number they throw there as an average waiting time that can actually be 1/2hours in reality.
And how does the community expanding interfere with the waiting time, (with this i mean, do you expand the server size if the community grows, or are we working with the same server size all the time?)...
