skins dont work on my server. y dont they?

this is just a simple question, but how do you make multiple worlds in your server?

i dont use apple....
My world is fine, but my buildings are not there...
+i said i have uploaded worlds to aternos b4

Try re-zipping it. if that doesnt work then try un-zipping it and putting it in your saves folder. if it is not in a minecraft world then it just doesnt work .

I can log in to my server,and is working but there is one problem: my world is not there. i tried putting the world back in my saves folder, it worked for the world, but not for the server. some1 plz help! (i have uploaded worlds b4)
