We didn't build anything yet, except crafting table

Hi,
My friend and I have a big problem. We are playing on modpack TechWorld 2. After couple of minutes playing our server shuts down. We saw the logs and there is a message that server is overloaded. Exact Message:

I don't know how to fix this. Maybe server have less RAM that is needed(when i am starting server in almost end of queue i need to confirm. On the left side there is a server: 1400 MB RAM. I think that is too low for modpack like techworld 2 is).
