the issuse is from Essentials plugin
if you are opped do /speed 1
and u can move again,
Aternos servers is 100% fine, but you becarefull from plugins,

Just wait until it becomes 1 minute, then confirm that u r not a bot!
its not that hard
- and if u mean that ur server wont start
just reinstall ur server!hope it helpful
