Yeah, I see your problem. But I think you can't fix it.
If you change the online mode to false, it's not possible to get your premium UUID. But Minecraft saves your world change, inventories, locations with your normal UUID. So you have to rename your correct playerdata file to your "fake UUID". The file is located in the world/playerdata directory. But you can't access these files. -
