Every time i try to start my server it i wait in the queue then confirm>loading>starting but it goes offline directly then. This issue continued for a long time

Sometimes when I restart the server it goes offline, but thats not the main problem, Today I started it, it worked for 2-3 minutes then it was automatically offline? why?
I don't know why, but aternos communication style of supporters with members is always rude and unfriendly, and aternos keeps getting worse.

Ive tried all camera plugins, they dont work on 1.12
