My server is on Hardcore and i don't want to be into that difficulty i want to change it but i when i put the command to change difficulty it doesn't work

Yesterday , when i was playing with two of my friends a guy named "JustAProMan" comed on my server firts he asked "What is this server girls" we didn't reply but we asked him who he was and he sayed that he was a "Aternos moderator" so i've looked on Internet "JustAProMan Aternos" There was literally nothing and then he sayed "my name is Adam" And i didn't find really anything we kicked him but he come back just after and he wanted to "see" our serv so we finishned by ban him cause we were scared of what he could do . So i wanted to tell that there is an Intruder who is pretending to be a Aternos moderator and if this append to me that can happed to you .
Sorry if my Englush is bad i'm French :3 (the intruder was english)
