Hello.
Earlier today at around 12 EST, I started up my server but I had to wait in queue. Since it is summer and a lot of people are using Aternos, the queue was generally about an hour long. I had nothing to do so I just sat in front of my computer waiting for an hour. After I confirmed that I was still present and ready to start my server, the queue completed and my server went to the "Loading" status. It will usually stay at this status for about 2 minutes for me, then switch to "Starting". However today, it stayed on "Loading" for about 6 minutes. I kept refreshing my server list on Minecraft just to check if it was a bug, but my server said it was offline. So after I keep refreshing on my server page for about 6 minutes, my server's status switched to "Offline" and I had to restart the queue. I was pretty unhappy about this. But when I did the exact same process of waiting, readying myself, and waiting for my server to get out of "Loading" just so my server could go offline again, then I got pretty angry. But things got really out of hand when I got my girlfriend to help me, and we noticed that on my server page, my server in fact was online - not only that, but 2 people were online. We both tried to log onto my server on Minecraft, but instead of my server saying "Online" or "Offline", it said "Can't connect to server". We decided to restart the server a 3rd time, and now I'm waiting for 39 minutes in queue, and if this problem happens again, oh boy...
I've been using Aternos for a year, and I really enjoy it. For something like this to happen makes me really unhappy. I almost considered deleting my account here and switching to another server host. But I'm hoping that if there's anyone here who has had a similar problem and a solution, that they could help me. Please respond whenever you can.
