The plugin must have a rating.

1. Votifier and galistener requires a static IP to be worked but aternos doesnt support it.

2. Aternos is not allowing users to upload dangerous viruses/files to their resources.

  (They would upload a plugin that bypass the afk kick and the countdown. Aternos doesn't allow that.)

If you don't have Spigot/Bukkit API installed, there could be a warn while accessing https://aternos.org/plugins

It could be a use for people who have low internet connections.
