i tried it on the normal mod still the same thing can you fix it?

i did both still nothing

So i wanted to play pixelspark with a friend and the pokemon aren't spawning in ive tried reinstalling the server,i tried another world i disabled and enabled mob spawning still nothing we have the same version as the one on aternos.Any idea how to fix this?

i tried to play on a modpack server and when i joined it gave me this error in the console [Server thread/WARN] : Can't keep up! did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 4760ms behind, skipping 95 tick (s) then i kept getting timed out i tried restarting server multiple times.is this a bug or a problem with the aternos

The Version is 1.9 and i have the latest version of technic launcher

The modpack is the same version as the server version but there is no pixelmon 5.1.4 located in the mods folder

so i tried to play pixelspark today with my friend and we kept getting a mod rejection error: Mod rejections [FMLMod:pixelmon{5.1.4}] any idea how to fix this? we installed the pack properly and its the latest version
