    [19:43:40] [Server thread/INFO]: Server permissions file permissions.yml is empty, ignoring it


    How do i fix this?

    When i origionally install pex the command /pex works, but when i do /pex help it says i do not have the perms for that command. When i edit the permissions with ranks and everything, and I do /pex it says unknown command. It doesnt even say the version number.


    Bukkit server 1.8
    I have no other permissions/ranks plugins to interfere
