2. In the textbox write the name of the file (with extension)
3. Click the + button

PowerRanks is a permissions plugin, which means you can add permissions/prefixes for a specific player/world or globally.
With PowerRanks you can also set timed permissions (for example giving someone access to /gamemode for the next 10 minutes), and even go in undercover mode which fakes your rank prefix.

However, it requires TaigaLib and also to use wildcards in permissions (e.g. essentials.*) you also need the Wildcards Addon, which makes it alot to ask for.
