can we access the backup files?

is this possible to check backup files from aternos? where is the backup files, i need it because my server version is 1.13.1, and i want to change the server version to 1.12.2. After installed the version, my all files are gone, thats why i need backup files, and i try to backup from aternos, but the server version change to 1.13.1 again, how iam suppose to do?? HELP

is this possible to add plugin on GitHUB?, the community will be happy if he know it, 'aternos can add plugin to GitHub', hope you respond my suggest. (sry for bad english)

please check it. i dont know what to do with my server, every 5-10minute server has stopped.

iam starting aternos and wait for the queue to join the server, and then a few minutes later. server stop working,console command doesn't work after that server stopped itself. and going offline HELP(sorry for bad english)

would you like to add download button on aternos?

i mean, i need my backup files from my server to my another server, when i find the backup files on googledrive there is no file in it. how can i find my backup files from aternos? please add download button.

every time i edit the yml file too long, then i save the config and the error appears. the error appears when i edit my config yml too long. all the plugins is fine, but the config yml somtimes error like the picture.
