The Citizens plugin moved to Spigot, aternos is currently pulling from bukkit. The new site can be found at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/citizens.13811/

Hey I wanted to let you guys know that you need to switch where Aternos is getting Multiverse-Core versions from. Its currently on the Spigot Page which is no longer being updated. I would like you to switch it to the Bukkit Page so it can have the newer versions like 1.12! Thank you, and I hope you see this soon!
