Every time I reset or restart my server the ip changes, what happend to the old way it was???

hello I would like to know if The admin/Owner of Aternos could possibly change the way to download modpacks do to difficulties and freedom,
I think something were we can have our own version of the mod instead of an un-updated version which most of them are at the moment
...I think it would be easier to maintain since admin don't have to find the newest version for the users and would be appreciated by alot of users so please consider making the change Thank you for reading!
