Try to put your server data manually then. This including: Your world, all of your plugin's configures, options in https://aternos.org/options. However you can't upload files from your computer to here

Try go to https://aternos.org/players/banned-players and choose the player you want to be unbanned

Maybe try to test an enderman and endermite close to each other (no minecart or anything), If that problem doesn't solve, try to download your world to singleplayer.
