You can go to https://aternos.org/worlds, press "Generate" button (green button) in world file to create another world

Idk if this will help but.. can you try download your world into the singleplayer and get into that world?
In Aternos, try to reinstall your server in https://aternos.org/options.
Get the world you put in singleplayer ("saves" folder in %appdata%) and upload into aternos.
