WildSkript requires Skript plugin, which is very outdated through Bukkit. Aternos currently cannot add the latest version because it is outside Bukkit/Spigot

1.13+ is still pretty new and has a completely new world format to enable the new water changes. Unfortunately, this new world format isn't really optimized yet and causes lots of performance problems. We've already increased the resources (RAM + CPU) for 1.13 servers, but there are still performance problems that cannot be solved with more resources. We highly recommend keeping playing on 1.12.2 until a better version gets released with performance fixes. However, switching back from 1.13 to 1.12.2 may cause problems, you might have to generate a new world. Please make sure that you have backups of your world if you switch back.

This happened to me after I uploaded a world with the plugin "Multiverse". After that I've been trying to go to my other worlds, but then everything stops and after 10 seconds it crashes and the server times out.
Remember: Multiverse in Spigot link is not stable. You should get the plugin which is from Bukkit instead
