MrDeer change the sofware from Vanilla to Spigot, then go to aternos.org/addons, Search, and type CoreProtect, if you attempt to download the latest version, it only support for 1.13

Uhm.. you can just put the mod directly in .minecraft\mod since it's count as a cilent mod
