Seems just new created. Don't think it's going to add since it's not popular enough

Most plugins updated since 1.9 and up, so i recommend you to use 1.9+ (It's best to use 1.12+ or 1.11.2)

If you have PermissionsEx, do /pex user <hacker_name>, otherwise if you have EssentialsX, do /whois <hacker_name> to check info of his. Make sure try to deop him

P.S: Try to install NitoNoCheat plugin to check. If he doesn't have op or has permission to fly, the alert will send to you, then check him with /gamemode 3 or do /v (EssentialsX command) to get invisible so he is not suspicious

Try reinstall that MCEdit then. Or maybe the world got corrupted
