AnimatedFrames: broken
APIPacketListener: broken
EzStaff: broken
HideAllMyPlugins: required SilkSpawners plugin
AuroraEnchantment: required LAE plugin
McCombatLevel: required McMMO plugin
ArenaPaintBall: required BattleArena
HypixelNick: outdated
Essentials: required Vault plugin
AntiSwear: required Vault plugin
AnimatedScoreBoard: broken
ViaVersion: old (use a new version 1.3.0)
CratePlus: broken

Any errors that required, which means you have to install the required plugin
The broken plugins: Delete them
Old plugins: Update to a newer one

Check the log. Go to aternos.org/log

So i've been around watching on Forums and i saw that everyone keep asking for help in Forums multiple times of the same questions about Bukkit/Spigot or Vanila. Did you even watched that PlotsMenu resource? Look at "Tested Minecraft Version" in each plugins
