Restarted the server but am unable to join for the same reason as listed before. The server shut down after 90 seconds.

I wasn't able to get any of the log before it started but here you go after it started. Still can't connect to it. -
Hey, I'm having trouble connecting to my server. The server starts and stays up but the server doesn't say up in browser and when I try to connect, it tells me that the server is still starting when it for sure is up. Currently trying to run the 1.7.10 pack and yes I have tried the Dyn IP.
