could you add download options to plugin configs and database files on a filetype basis?

I would like to backup my config files and the user databases locally to later be able to move them to a dedicated server.

I understand that providing the entire plugin folder for download is not applicable due to licensing issues, but the config files and databases aren't covered by the licenses. Plus since the plugins are available on bukkitdev or spigotmc anyway I also wouldn't want or have to backup the jars. Only my configuration and the user data would be important.

Is it possible to have download options only for .yml and .db files? (See image below)

Especially for the non-editable or -copyable .db files that would be very handy.
