it just disconnects me no error message, right after that the server shuts off. It also shuts itself off when nobody is on for 2 minutes

Hey guys! I am new around here and was testing out the server when after I roamed a little I got a couple disconnects in a row. Please help me find and fix the issue. https://mclo.gs/faKK0bT I have started a new world after the last two issues so this is a clean slate with a reinstalled modpack.
