We will not offer the possibility to configure modpacks. This is something carefully chosen by modpack author for good reason.

It should, but we cannot guarantee anything. Downloading and re-uploading is a hacky way to get around systems that are there for good reasons. Forge/Fabric worlds are not compatible with Spigot or Paper. (Choose Paper if you insist on switching to a plugin server, it outperforms Spigot and Vanilla by a lot)
