We need the error you get in your client, not the logs.

Seems like a world error, but i would like to see the complete logs before i start pulling conclusions,

Mappy is causing errors in the logs, try removing it.
It seems there is also a problem with the world, regenerate it.

Nothing in your logs indicate a crash, however, i can see that there is a mod with a Sport plane causing lag in the server

Papermc has a higher render distance as it's optimized

This doesn't have to be a problem at our side, I highly doubt it is in fact. This could also be you not knowing how to set up a server. And have you heard of troubleshooting yet? Being nice? The team always tries their best to ensure good service to their users, without bugs. And then you do this type of stuff, not very nice, Is it?

Queues are there for a reason. And we cannot shut down a couple of servers for yours to start faster, besides that the circumstances around the globe (schools closing in many countries for example) have caused higher queue Times.
