Larger mods have more impact on the server then others, so I'd personally recommend removing some of those,

If you mean a world size upload limit;
The new uploader allows up to 1 GB
the legacy uploader allows up to 200 MB
general world size limit isn't a thing, although it can start to use too much ram from your server

And if i understand correctly what you mean, i doubt any plugin has that
