You can't remove it unless you select a software that's not forge, though other softwares don't allow mods.
You can select a different forge version though. Before doing any of this, please be sure to download/back up your world

Worldediting 120000 blocks at once has a good chance to crash your server, which might sometimes remove some progress you made as well.

I have not set backups up yet as i only uploaded my world from my saves recently
Unless you have a file that was made recently and is saved in your computer, you can't really do anything about your world.
And the plugins, well. I guess those must be added back manually

If you have backups, then you can use those ( unless they where also backtracked ).
