bclib is causing the server to crash. You can report this issue to the mod author but apart from that there's nothing we OR you can do to fix this. For now you'll just have to remove those three mods.
For the record, your client and server do not work the same and don't handle mods the same.
Delete the bclib mod from your server.
That's not technically possible, no.
Switching software can reinstall your server. You always get warned for this before installation and it explicitly tells you to make backups. If you don't have backups, you can't restore your world.
if the tps on the server is 20, and you are lagging, its a network issue. If you are from india, all the servers are in europe, its a long way, also on the internet.
