There's a mod on the server which isn't on that user's client.

Both client and server need the exact same mods installed.

How did you "load" the plugin?

Try removing them one by one. (Make a backup beforehand.)

When you found the plugin causing that, you can restore the backup and delete the plugin that causes it while having the rest back.

Pretty sure Aternos doesn't have either of those as they're client-side,

Therefore this issue is probably something in your client which we cant help with

That just makes for easier system circumvention, also I'm pretty sure Aternos didn't make the idletimeout system, rather Minecraft itself did.

We can't add paid plugins.
